Group Classes

GROUP POWER

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!


GROUP BLAST (STEP)

Discover new heights with Group Blast ®! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience.


GROUP KICK

Group Kick® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!


GROUP CENTERGY

Redefine yourself with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to centre your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy!


Group Ride

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minutes cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!


Group Core

Let's get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs!
Motivating instructors and music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before.

Hybrid Class

This class is a mixture of 3 of our most popular classes. Group Ride, Group Power and Group Core! We start your workout with some cardio. Ride is sure to get the heart rate up before we head into the next room to tone those muscles with Power! Your workout finishes with Core! After 60 mins of work, this is sure to challenge you all the way to the end!


X Trainer

Exercise your way through a cardio, fat burning & toning workout.


Pilates

By becoming more self-aware of your body to improve balance & agility, core strength (strength in your tummy), postural alignment & awareness of your body space.


ENERGIZE/LINE DANCING

Gentle exercise, suitable for the older & wiser population. It’s a low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work.


Boxing

Lots of different boxing drills with pad work, hand weights & abdominal work to finish.


Intense 30

An extreme 30 minute workout that will push you to your limits, kick your fat burning system into overdrive and get you fit, FAST! High intensity intervals and primarily bodyweight exercises are used to increase your strength, mobility, muscular endurance, power and aerobic capacity. It will have you gasping for breath, drenched in sweat, and walking out with a smile on your face!... maybe. Bookings are essential. Please book your spot with reception.
